As far as i know, you cannot make new shipclasses.........as far as i know that is! (like i said)

You mean the cargo in their cargo containers, this is commodities_per_faction.ini and that is in the equipment folder

I am trying to make the detroit debris field (the 1 near Manhatten) give up diamonds instead of scrap metal. I have looked on this site for over 1 1/2 hrs but only find system edit information. Using this, what does everything mean?:

Sorry, i have already answered these questions indeed, and seeing as this is done in MY OWN TIME (i must emphasise that as otherwise people seem to get angry that i don't want to spend 30mins explaining something again) then i ask you too also use the tutorials forum for somethings too. There are tutorials on ship stats and also the speed as well.

Once again - i do this in my own time, after work, when i should be watching tv or playing, instead i help people for free (as in, THIS IS NOT A JOB!). This is just to let anyone know who is then gonna get arsy over the fact that i am not going to spend 30mins explaining a question for the 20th time. It takes me time to explain, check ini files to make sure i am correct (or for examples) and so on, when they can esaily search it out in that time too!

So - i am fed up with people posting abuse when they don't get what they want, ask yourself why poeple should spend all their time helping everyone out, and would you do it in return. The answer for 90% is no. Now i have been doing this thread for everyone since July. That is about 5 months at least. Accushot stopped back in July - with a return in August for a while, but after 5 months i think i have covered most newbie questions. I do not wish to continue answering the same questions again and again. I will help out if its new, but PLEASE do a search. Also - this is continued in the new thread, so please use the new thread. that way you can find the index for stuff covered as well.

how can u save a mod with freelancer exlplorer?

Hi i'm making my first mod and nearly everything is fine so far. But I have one problem. I made a new faction with encounters in the bottom unknown system. Everything is fine (I can see my rep. with the faction in my neural Net and the encounters fly around) except of that the encounters are only flying around, but don't attack the Nomads. I have made the new faction hostile to the Nomads in the emphaty.ini and in the initialworld.ini, but they don't attack the Nomads! How do I the new faction attack the nomads???

I been trawling through these posts marvelling at the work your team do
but I remember a mod to change your Level and I cant find it again !!
Please point me to the correct page and you will have another satisfied customer.
Us newbies gain inspiration from those that have gone before and it is much appreciated.
Personally I completed the 13 missions without any mods.

Then I modded the hold to 300 (I'm not greedy )
Every faction is neutral ---> v.friendly except the Xenos.They are approx 1/4 of one small box hostile. Everyone else is on the other side of the "balance".
I have a theory that to join the Order you need to balance up and head of to see the Monkeys or the other faction there (cant remember)
