Ok..Downloaded the newest version of Privateer: the Reckoning, and so far have visted 4 sectors with following problems, mostly minor:
1) In the ship upgrade menu for missiles; the listing for the AIM 15 Javelin and AIM-42 Spiculum missiles run over into the scroll bar area
2) Anapolis Refinery ; After the automated landing sequence, normally you go to a cutscene showing the ship landing then you have the view with your ship either on the landing pad or inside the landing bay. Instead you are transported directly to the station bar
Perry Station: The first time I was able to land it did the same thing as at Anapolis
Another attempt at landing ended in a crash to desktop as was happening in previous version.
On the first landing on Perry I was able to take a mission using Tarsus ship I completed the mission and retrieved the list required. Apon the employer scanning the list it crashed to desktop, corrupting the autosave game of last area saved
New Reno, ND-57 : Apon approaching the planet New Reno, no planet was visible, only the docking ring. Was able to land but no planet ever visible on landing or apon leaving planet
Oxford, Oxford Commodity Trader: No robot or NPC in sight, Can still go to menu bar to start trading tho
Again all planets except New Detroit will see you go directly to the bar instead of leaving you on the Landing Pad area to select: bar, commodity trader, ship upgrade or purchase new ship.
None of the planets are spinning at this time.
The wreck that is near Anapolis station gives off loot that allows someone at very low level to sell the loot for enough to buy a barebones Galaxy...kinda rich haul for someone that only has a couple of missions under their belts
Thats all for now....only the 2 CTD's to be really concerned about
