Perhaps it's not my place to speak, as I cannot mod at all, but I have noticed this thread and hope you continue with this. Surely it would e possible to edit the torpedo's image so that it looks like a fighter, have it mounted on capital ships, and have different forms, such as Police fighters, Rogues fighters, etc?
