Gotcha!
I found how and why the openspmod takes you to freeport 7 desturction system.
If you have exit game box up and you click new game the exit game box appears but you in the destucrtion system. So avoid repetive pressing Esc as that may bring up the desturction system.
Chart of how it works.
Esc = Exit Game Screen.
If exit game screen is up and you press new game, the overide progam to get rid of the cinmatic fails to work and you are in the system playing it.
Soultions.
1. Don't press Exit then New Game.
2. Add jumpholes to the fr7 destructuion system to new york.
