Many weird errors

Here are some very weird errors I find in my FLSpit Errorlog...

WARNING:General:set_gamma_function() called outside of create_buffers/destroy_buffers
WARNING: Failed to get start location
WARNING:General:Engine: create_compound_archetype: unable to create part archetype, ignoring...
WARNING:General:Engine: create_compound_archetype: unable to create part archetype, ignoring...
WARNING:General:Engine: create_compound_archetype: unable to create part archetype, ignoring...
WARNING:General:Joint Root<->barrier not found!
WARNING:General:Joint Root<->edinburgh not found!
WARNING:General:Joint Root<->galactic_ring not found!
WARNING: 3371 REP_INSTANCE(s) orphaned

My Freelancer is heavily modded (I'm developping a mod), but I'd like the errorlog for it to be as thin and clear as possible. It might be impossible to remove all the bugs, but if anyone can help me out finding the meaning of a few of them, I'd be pleased

I believe this:

WARNING:General:Joint Root<->barrier not found!
WARNING:General:Joint Root<->edinburgh not found!
WARNING:General:Joint Root<->galactic_ring not found!

has something to do with Starspheres.

Not star spheres, but model components.
Either they've been deleted from Freelancer directory, renamed, or moved.
A fresh installation of Freelancer & FLMM may clear it up.
I got those kinds of errors after several dozens of runnings of large mods I've made.
For some reason, things get deleted, renamed, or moved, around after you've messed with a new mod a lot.
