need help finding a mod, please

Hi all.

Played through the singleplayer campain a year back or so and I am thinking of digging it back up.

I was wondering if anyone has come across a mod that allows you to play the single player campain (with storyline) while bypassing the level restriction. I would really love to be able to keep on leveling up so I can buy the next shi without having to do a spesific story related quest first.

Any pointers or tips would be greatly appriciated

As far as I know, to play the story line, requires the leving up aspect. No way to bypass that, short of open SP. and that means no story line. sorry.

As an alternative, is there a mod that removes the lvl requirement for buying ships etc?

If so this pretty much does what I want. You still earn the money when you play even though you dont gain lvls, so if the requirement for purchase is gone you can buy any craft you wish.

There are a variety of mods avaiable, but, if you want to change some ship level requirements, that can be done very easy.

base = Br01_01_base
marketgood = bf_package, 10, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1
marketgood = bfr_package, 20, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1
marketgood = bhf_package, 30, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1 ;Change the 30 to 5 if you want.

base = Br01_01_base
marketgood = bf_package, 5, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1
marketgood = bfr_package, 5, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1
marketgood = bhf_package, 5, -1, 1, 1, 0, 1, 1 ;Making it level 5 lets you buy it sooner.

Its easyer this way than using a mod, just choose the base/ship and modify it. Remember though, it is for SP game, not MP as using it there will be considered a cheat.
