Ive found Alkatraz but i cnt destroy it....what its there for?

Its a base, thats all. If you friendly with the folks who run it, you can land. If you shot at it, no chance now. Shoot a base, and you become an enemy forever of the base, even if you make friend with the people.

Shoot bounty hunter and house police, most outlaw groups will begin to be friendly.

Umm, Panda. First off you can't destroy a non-mission base, or an object that shows up on your nav map.

you can be friendly with a base you shot at... land somewhere, stay away from it for awhile, etc. then you'll be friendly. in multiplayer, just refresh your character.
