Coloring thing - help needed

For the nw mod I´m currently working on (Ultimative-FL) I want to have the UI color changed from that light blus to green. But dont´t know how to do that. I know that in some mods, e.g. Crossfire, there are diffrent UI colors allready available. So can someone help me to make this?

The guys at XTS did a few different color schemes for FL a while ago. I think they're still available.

Yes, FL: BfM is still in development, but let's not hijack this thread.
