Have server need a dude/dudette to help

Ok I am wanting help on me and my friends server. I am right now the Chief engineer on it. I am offering a position to someone who is good at doing the server side mod stuff. I have done the ship and the map is revealed along some police in Eagles. We are wanting a server entirly server side (at the moment) until maybe we attract more players. If you are interested post below. You will also become an Admin on the server. We also have a TS server(Team Speek), FLserver guard, and Ioncross, We would really appreciate some help. I can do a few server side mods, and I also have the team speak program.

The amount of time that I can help you would be limited though, I am on a few modding teams.

we are looking for/wanting to have it so the missions are around 200k and a little bit more difficult and have the AI or NPC's more difficult and in better ships;

We are also wanting them to use nanos and batts shield regenerate and drop cargo; guns; and shields

FLFreeLancerCpt, all that can be done fairly easily - for the mission payout, find the Diff2money.ini in the missions folder (I think), the rest can be done in Loadouts.ini -- So I think all this can be done serverside. I could do it, but it looks as if you've already got a guy

well I'm not really free - I was just saying how it's done. Since then I've found a copy of the mod I was working on (I had lost it in a format) and have carried on with that. Also I'm on a mod team with an old friend of mine...coupled with life generally, im quite busy

Sorry if this is an inconvenience though.
