New mod in the makeing

I'm pretty new to modding but I'm just kinda fooling with one. I want to eventually make a mod but i'm teaching myself how to do alot of editing right now.

I'm wondering if there is anybody else out there in the same position that may want to team up with me. He/she would need a semi fast ISP sense we would be sending and downloading alot.

I want to make a mod that has these...
1. Complete change is all systems; recoloring and rearrangeing things(4 systems mostly done)
2. Changeing and adding new weapons (kinda know how a little)
3. Editing the dlls to further customize the mod (know how)
4. Add new ships (1 sofar)
5. Add new equipment (larger selection of equipment)
6. Add a new system or two if I learn how (maybe)
7. a.i. upgrades to make them smarter
8. Makeing new stations (I wanna remake freeport 7 )

My overall goal is to make a mod that is fun, challengeing, AND appealing to the eye. I want people to undock from manhatten for the first time and go, WOAH! Also want to focus on makeing plenty of hidden or hard-to-get-to areas. Thought about opening Alaska and filling it with nomads and adding jumpholes that take you to the border systems. If you can live through it, it would be a nice shortcut. I also want to make more nomad guns so people will "hunt" more often.

the part about the systems iz ezy, just use freelancer explorer, fl-ids and
bini QDU. the tutorials are really helpful too

if your going to make freeport 7 just use a station that looks the same.(fp9?)

speaking of new stations, is it possible to make a station with a custom cmp file?
