well to start u have this in the wrong fourm. but im not chips so i wont yell at u.
to make the sever internet seeable u have to have brodband.(3m a sec at least) and when your makin a sever a thing pops up askin you to name it and stuff make sure the name is not been used and make sure that the box that says somthing about internet in checked. and make sure that you freands that what to join have no filters on.

Make sure that if u have a router that ports 2302-2304 UPD are send to the local ip adress of your fl server allowing people to connect to your server.

The server will report itself if u check the option "Make Server Internet Available"

i posted the make internet thing. lol. well flaming did that solve your problum.
