One of the controlling Pirate groups on Asgard, were looking for more people to help make our plans become reallity and to generally scare the hell out of the opposition lol

Outcasts Faction Document.
The Outcasts control three bases; Malta, Ruiz and Cali.
All pirates and criminals not engaged in hostilities with us, are welcome at our bases.
Malta.
Malta is our most treasured place and is the only natural source of Cardamine. The Outcasts ancestral home was until recently controlled by the ASF; this evil dictatorial force had suppressed Outcast culture and prevented our brethren from earning a decent living. Consequently, the Outcasts vigorously and successfully fought to free Malta from the evil force which infested it.
Malta is now free and under the control of the Outcasts once more, rest assured it will never leave our possession again.
All pirates and criminals not engaged in hostilities with us, are welcome here.
Ruiz.
Beta is a good source of Alien Organisms and is subject to repeated raids by the GMG. This system is a useful launch pad for the frequent raids which the Outcasts launch against Cryer Pharmaceuticals and their research facility.

Cali Base – Tau-23.
Cali is an extremely important Outcast base as it resides outside Hispania and provides a convenient launch pad for mounting raids on the many convoys which pass through the Tau’s. Consequently, this base is a hub of free Outcast activity and will be vigorously defended when required.

Our Relationship with the ASF.
The hated ASF once controlled our ancestral home; this evil dictatorial force suppressed Outcast culture and prevented our brethren from earning a decent living. Consequently, we despise the ASF and the Outcasts will vigorously fight to keep Malta free from the evil force which once infested it.
Cardamine.
Cardamine is vital to Outcasts, especially since we can’t survive without it. Spreading Cardamine around Sirius enables us to travel ever greater distances. To an Outcast smuggling isn’t merely a way of life, it is life.
Philosophy.
We crave freedom above all else and to these ends we live in a very unrestricted way. Put simply, to an Outcast everyone save our allies are fair game. Remember, the only laws that really matter are those which you create for yourselves.
You can fly whatever ships and use whatever weapons you like. Provided you don’t break server rules (i.e. Don’t fly official faction ships).
Smuggling and piracy are our main sources of income. All Outcasts are strongly encouraged to partake in these pastimes.
Goals.
Our goals are...
1) To ensure that we remain free enough to live out our lives in a relatively unrestricted manner.
2) To spread Cardamine far and wide, thus ensuring a plentiful supply for our breathers wherever we may be.
3) To increase the general well-being of Outcasts everywhere. It has long been known that travelling for extended periods using breathers can cause problems. We will attempt to alleviate these problems and ultimately free the Outcasts from their dependence upon Malta.
Membership.
To join you must be proposed by an existing member and then seconded by a member of the high council.
Once in, active members can only be expelled if in excess of 50% of the faction (determined by secret ballot) wants them gone. A player becomes inactive by missing the weekly role call and will be expelled should they remain inactive for longer than one month (i.e. misses four consecutive role calls).
Leadership.
In order to prevent abuse by any one member the faction is run by a high council. Should there be an irrevocable dispute in the high council it is settled through high mutiny.
High Mutiny.
The faction divides according to its loyalties and a battle is fought. The leader of the winning side then chooses a new high council member to replace the losing member (the losing high council member doesn’t loose his right to mutiny).
Mutiny.
Being a true pirate organisation we have procedures for mutiny. Should a group of long standing members (6 months plus) choose they can issue a challenge to the current leadership. The faction will then divide according to its loyalties and a battle be fought. This fight is unlikely to be even as the challengers may have more or less support than the incumbents. The outcome of this battle determines the factions leadership, should the challengers lose then they can either give up their right to issue future challenges or leave the Outcasts.
Identification.
For the purpose of identification the Outcasts use the following tag...
[Outcasts''Name''
The Outcasts fly a unique ship called the Ceptyr and because it is a Faction Ship, only Outcasts can fly it. It handles well and is a decent all rounder of a ship.
The Outcasts are also going to get a set of unique guns, special guns ordered by us, only for those we choose and an improvment on the original NPC class 9s
Following some evil thinking by me, the Outcasts also have some very big plans in store for the server and some of these RPs may even shock you...
The Outcasts are essentially on the edge of a Pirate Empire...sounds nice eh? I thought so...
