Extracting .mat files

How do I extract the .tga textures from their .mat files?

When I try to use UTF edit all that happens is and error when I try to extract the TGA file it says there is no data present. When I extract the MIPS I cannot open the file with any program.

to export the texture, you need to highlight the MIP0 (zero) or MIPS node and hit the 'export' button. it'll prompt you for where to save the file. it will save it with a .tga extension, but if it's been exported from a MIPS node, it's actually a DDS file and you'll need the NVidia DDS plugin for Photoshop and either Photoshop or PaintShop Pro to open it.

Thanks!

I should be able to find the plugin with any luck.
