How do i...

I'm going to make a skin for the eagle, I know which file to edit, but not how to edit it, what program do i use?

do a search for Kasdia's texture guide- he uses the eagle as his example ship.

Since the Kasdias Texture Guide is in the Freelancer Editing Utilities dowload section you may not know where to search for it so here's a link for you.
