The best three Evolutions servers that I know of are "term0shad/lightning/wam site", Hal's 2003 1.27 Evolutions Server", and "Dazzla99 & Lv_38 Eagle Server". All three of those servers have their rules posted on the forums at Chips' site, www.pathfinderstudios.com. The other servers might be good, I don't really know, but the three servers listed above have very active admins.

Yes, lower ping numbers are better.

By the way, we don't play favorites among the servers at Pathfinder Studios, it's just that the admins of those servers asked for a forum, the other admins didn't.

@Shawn, it's the Galaxy remodeled from the original Privateer. And right now in the Privateer: The Reckoning forum, they are making a Privateer mod which will include that ship. It may or may not look exactly the same, because this pic is from another mod for another game and wasn't made for Freelancer. I'm not sure if it was convertable to FL format or not.

The website is currently ‘under development’ but our forum is here. There is also an area devoted to the servers on the Pathfinder Forums.

I suggest that it would require more time and patience to cut and paste the thousand or so relevant posts, than to click on the link provided. If it wasn’t for your ‘threads of the ancients’ work and some great plays, I would call you bloody lazy.
