Ok, sry for no replys but the last few days I was away on a short vacation, so away from my town and with no means to check the site or my mails...thanx lukr, tylium, cibisphere and all others for keeping the forum so alive and helping the noobs...
Let's start with last posts: Shayne, there a part of the new RB readme file and the answer to your problem:

instalation of the Rebalance mod :
-Make sure you first do a fresh install of Freelancer (either erase the old FL folder and reinstall, or install to a new location on your drive)
-install the Freelancer SDK 1.3, to be sure all ini files are corect,
-open FLMM, choose: Restore Backups, then "Choose a different Freelancer Directory" and point to your newly instaled FL folder
-Erase the old Rebalance mod from FLMM and d-click on the mod's file to load it again.
-Last step to do is to activate Rebalance 3.30 from FLMM(you have to use FLMM 1.2 beta 9 from LR).
-You can find both FL SDK 1.3 and FLMM 1.2 beta 9 on Lancers Reactor downloads section.

Tylium, your fix was recieved by baked an he let me know. I told him to incorporate the fix in the final patch, so it will available for all to download. It's possible that baked will add all the final patch + tylium's dagger Xr patch to the main mods archive and re-post it...that will be the best way.

The complaints about the mods stability comes mostly from MP area, an area that i did not test too much or too thourough.
Lukr, that is not the best way to reduce encounters/crashes in EFA, but by reducing the density and max battle size to each zone. if you completely erase some encounters you'll not get them anymore in that area, and this is not the way it was meant. If you remove the one in the example there'll be no EFA police patrols to defend Earth...and that's not right at all
Probably reducing the percent probability of each encounter to occure will help too:
encounter = area_defend, 1, 0.090000 - instead of 0.90000 it could be 0.010000
for a 1% chance for an EFA patrol to appear, instead of the current 9%.

~My earlier problems with the Dagger XR (not having all mounted weapons when launch to space) seemed to apply only in certain systems. Once I bought it in California, had to fight some bounty hunters, got some salvage, and landed in NY system to sell it; when i launched from any NY base, the mounts were messed up again.
~Could land in California, launch again, and have all weapons. the systems where the mounts would NOT show included NY, Tau 31, New London, and a few others.
~ And has anyone else experienced the tradelane-speed engine kill (see my previous post in this FLReblance forum if you don't know what i mean)?

The first hardpoint of the CSV is bugged somehow, whenever you take something off it there's still something there, and if you try to take that off it crashes the server.

I cant find any servers, is it possible for someone to make a list of the servers that are running this mod? people keep talking about the servers they play on but dont give any names. the 2 servers that were named earlier i havent been able to play on.

I play on TwoGeeks Rebalance Server and RasTuck's Hash den server...both are good and run RB 3.30

I've noticed a lot of the added ships to this from the original FL have terrible ummm hit zones.

9/10 times you just shoot right through them.

huys that the hitplace of the new ships are a the same as the older ships but sometimes if you hit the wings you shoot throug it

this is because the dagger has 2 engines and i guess that micheal made this because you need to run sometimes-

can you be more precise

i used to play on mostly every server but everyone went down nope it wasnt me i was playing yesterday on the west coast server but i cant find it now

I would have to say Two Geeks is the best one arround right now.. although they went down for a couple days for some reason they are back up and smooth as ever... course there are still occasional crashes. But we can look past that I imagine. Oh MD, I think you missed something in my earlier posts that may be of importance. You cannot buy goods from Earth, Mars, Mercury in EFA. Thats good for some to know cause when you try it kicks player for cheating... lol. The server says item does not exist. Maybe theres something to be done about this.. but either way everyone should know so they dont keep trying to make the easy money with niobium for 100$ or cardimine thinking what an easy trade. Although its prolly better this wasnt there.. makes it too easy.

Tylium: What do you mean more precise? Try it and you'll see what I mean.

Wait, okey I'll try:
When you start buying it and go to the screen where you transfer equipment before you buy it, the weapon thats put on the first CSV hardpoint turns into something strange.
Then when you have bought it everything is normal until you remove a weapon from the first hardpoint, then the hardpoint is not empty, there's a blank weapon there that if removed chrashes the server. Everythings fine as long as you dont tuch it, you can put a weapon back over it.

yeah, the same thing with the Starviper you can buy at South Hampton Shipyard (New London); I bought it, noticed that the first two hardpoints had a little button to mount/unmount the weapon and a green life bar (at bottom). I could mount another weapon in that place, but when i unmounted it, there's still the "phantom gun" there. Try to unmount phantom gun and FL shuts down, returns me to desktop. ??

hrulghin and Ro9gue, read trough the first pages of this or the 3.20 forum, the issue is an old one and the solution is to SELL the phantom HP's not to try to dismount them. Those are Running Lights and trying to dismount em will certainly crash FL.
Cibi, I'll work on the commodity issue, it may be the most important reason for the EFA MP crashes.
I already fixed those RM missions given inside Planet Jupiter, from Jupiter Obs. Station.
And there are not problems in Mission 5:Flee From Sprague as i tested it repeatedly with and without the cutscenes and worked perfectly.
that hit area [roblem with the custom ships was discussed a lot in this forum and a solution is not possible without proper surface files for the new models...so since know to make them(Redeye where are you?!)
