A poor workman blames his tools... you get a lot of bang for your buck with milkshape... and while the interface may be cumbersome it does most of the functions that the more expensive programs do.. and co-incidentally you have only to ask for support to get it.. so in future before you slag a program like milkshape check to see if the problem does not indeed exist because you havent checked with Chumbalum or that you dont have all the necessary .dlls.
