"flyable liberty crusier" mod doesn''t work...

I downloaded the Flyable liberty crusier mod from the download section and tried it with FLMM and it doesn't work, I don't have any other mods loaded, so..... Any Ideas?

Dont worry about that MOD, its a hunk of junk. (No offense to the maker of this) I might be able to fix it, though, what exactly is your problem?
