problem with rebalance 350 mod

When I try to play MP it shows that the rebalance350 servers are not compatible (the name is in gray..) only the servers with V1.0 are availble(server name is blue) but when I try to connect them I get an errror message (because it's a different version) also' if anyone would like to know' the version that is written in the game (bottom of the scren ) is 1.0...please help someone?

Do you actually own this game legitimately? You needed a crack to play the game, but all of a sudden you can play... but now the version number is wrong.

I smell something very fishy, i wonder what it may be
