Can''t connect to server on my own LAN

I'm trying to access my FL server running on one PC on my LAN with another PC on my LAN. I get as far as the password screen but when I enter the PW it times out trying to make the connection.

Players on the internet can access the server without any problems.

UDP ports 2302-2304 are open and no software firewalls are running.

Any ideas?

same, but what i did i changed.

i use to run up FLServer off the start menu. now i changed it and started it up from FLMM 1.41 BETA and now it works perfectly

really... do you think it would work with v1.31?

I have both, I'd just rather not run 1.4x because it's still in beta and I don't want to run into any problems.

it doesn't run any problems. i know. the only mod that has some problems is called Fresh Start.
