Everyone please help me!

Why is it, that nearly every time i start up FREELANCER it just shuts down.
Is it mods that do this.

You need to open My Document/My games/freelancer/accts/singleplayer and delete any in there, then start a new game. Saved games tend to cause problems when you change mods.

yes i have a problem like that it gets as far as the "new game"" button but after you click it it closes

do i also delete the restar.fl, AutoSave.fl and restar.fl.flmmbak.

You delete ANY saved games in that folder, AND you also edit your posts rather than triple posting.

Use mods on SP it makes a save file, you CAN'T take off the mod and then play on old save games, it doesn't work. So no, if you used mods, you have to start over when you change a mod. Use Chips Open SP mod if your going to play all kinds of differnt mods and don't want to start all over.
