Opening gates in MP

Sorry to be a bit thick, but how do you actually open up some of the story gate in multiplayer?
Is it just a case of removing the entries in initial_world?

I know for OpenSP its all in the m13 and thats all peachy.

Hesitating to answer('cos usually you answer my questions), maybe I got you wrong,
there is "**Tutorial** Unlocking Multiplayer Jump Holes" tutorial in tutorial forum.
Last post there is the answer.
Hope this is what you want.

The only thing I couldn't do using this tutorial, is that I could not dock with inner dyson sphere.

I think for this you would have to define the inner dyson sphere dock as jump connection.
