a little help please

(1) I have made new weapons for freelancer i have sdk and all the .ini files non read only i got the weapons made and then added them to the planet you can buy them but it shows ids? not a name . where do i add a description and how do i change it to the name I used .
(2) i tried to make a new engine but it dosent show up with the engines it shows up with the nanobots and other junk when i buy it i cant sell it it says "You cant sell you'r engine and i think that i fried the ship effect on it cause it just looks like a destroyer engine with a ring that circles the entire ship and i cant see the ship at all Rofflmao it wasnt funny then but it is now thinking back ive seen many tutorials on build a new system, build a new ship, or change you'r rep and im pretty firmiliar with editing freelancer i can do the simple things but makeing a new engine im having trouble with.
(3) I was trying to make a NOS engine for those not firmiliar with nos its nitrous-oxide for makeing things go really fast for short bursts
(4) what dose it mean combindable and what can you make combindable ?
(5) and can you make a engine iteam to where it can be used untill its gone ? im not sure how that one can be done but make it almost like when you use missles (thats for the NOS idea you buy the over-charger engine and something like NOS Bottles which every time that you use the NOS Bottle it takes one burst away )
(6) I Dont have outlook express is there some other way to post a mod ?
(7) The tutorial that shows how to convert a zip file to a flmod file the pictures are fried and ive used IE and Firefox trying to see how it is done . Cause i got mods lots and lots of hand built mods that i cant give to others without this info ..

finishing thoughts .. Ive read alot of the posts and mabey ive missed the information about these questions but atleast the idea that i had are origanal but i dont know where to start on all of that i program in vb and made a RGB tool that i can post up as well so that you can easily see the colors mentioned in the ini. files and make you'r own effects unique . i dont think that was one of the tools on this site so i made it (I may of missed that tool if its on LR) if someone can help me i would return the help in kind .. 1. You need to use FLED-IDS. You can find a link on making "Infocards" in the Tutorial forum.

2. Again, check out the tutorial forum for editing and creating new engines.

3. Just set the Thrust really high and have a high drain, that will let you go fast, but not for too long. Though you can always drift at high speed using engine kill.

4. Combinable means that you can add things on top of each other. I think you can do this with lots of things, but I don't know any right off.

5. I don't think you can make an engine run out of fuel, but you can make the thruster run out of energy. Just have 0 regen and a low drain. It will recharge when you dock.

6. Get a free email address that has a large file attachment size and email the mod to Lancers. You could also look for a free online hosting site (there are planty) and send the link to whoever needs it. Depends on how big your mod is I guess.

7. It's simple. Zip it using winzip or something, then rename it and add .flmod to the end as the file extension. It will look like "Mymod.zip.flmod" - make sure your Folder options are set to show extensions.
