But it could be somewhere else, for example if you are using a mod it could be in flmm1.dll.
The way to find out is by using FL-ID Referrer because by puttin in the ids_name / ids_info number it takes you to the file and table. And you can use its built-in dll explorer to look inside any of the dll files.
One or two important tips - be careful when making changes, as the editor is not 100%, and could make a change in language 1033 instead of 0 - so in some dll files you won't see the change until you delete the language 0 entry and change the language of the 1033 entry to 0 (you can do this with ResHack but again there are some problems in that ResHack can mess up the file when doing this!).
And if the main file is in use or write protected, Fl-ID Referrer saves the changes in a new file named RXxxx.txt (or similar, I can't remember the exact name, sorry) - so you won't be able to find it easily!! When you do, you need to find the latest one of those if there are more than one, and rename it to the correct .dll
