Why do they feel the need to screw with your reps?

Why do they feel the need to screw with your reps?

Why in the name of all that is sacred, do they feel the need to constantly change your hard-earned reputations in the SP missions??? I WAS NEUTRAL TO THE OUTCASTS!!! But after getting booted from Liberty space, I became Hostile to them...WHY!?!!

Cause that way they can make sure you can land on the bases you have to for sp missions.
That simple.
Would be annoying for most "gamers" to see that they should meet juni at "x" when x is a base that is hostile to them.

But...um...making a faction HOSTILE to you doesn't "allow you to land" at thier bases. It just rips you off of all the time you spent to make them friendly.

Yeah, making a hostile into a neutral or friendly may help the storyline along, but not the reverse of it as the original poster mentioned.
