fl mod manager compatible?

Will either of these mods be compatible with a flmod manager (or some other mod manager)? I dont like having to hand edit files and save off the originals...As far as I can tell the server version is a hand edit only so I haven't bothered installing it.

the B5 TC won't need a seperate program as it will most likely have it's own installer.
