If they really are desperate for cash, I can understand their motivation. But think about it. They are not so strapped for cash that they were unable to setup their auction account on eBay... which I doubt they did by proxy. There are, of course, free or relatively cheap accesses to the internet at public librarys and all but if they intend to transact business, it is not the way to go.
It is more a matter, I think, of a mistaken belief in an easy, no sweat, no pain and no commitments way to make money. And that's what makes me concerned. These girls are making a mistake in thinking that way. They are exposing themselves (no pun intended... ok, a little intended

) to the risk of being got to, physically, by what appears to be an ever growing number of socio-psychopaths who also turn out to be adept at hacking.
