Errrr, what's to understand? I'm sayin' the SL editing forum is pretty much done now, what with FL taking off. Damn shame... I'd STILL like a SL mission editor. I mean, FL and SL are really VERY different games...

i too would like a SL mission editor..
and one thing that i liked very much about the SL Editing forums:
it was (is) a very "disciplined" community...
If you look at the FL Editing forums, its 90% people saying "I want somebody to do this" or people asking the same thing over and over again... It's very hard to actually do some productive talking there :-/ (and i imagine it's going to get even worse...)

Gotta agree with your views regarding the FL Editing forum, it's very difficult to keep track of things in the middle of all those "i want this" posts :-/ I can only hope things will get better, given enough time.

Regarding the SL mission editor, i too was hoping it'd be released. Even though FL is now out, and most people are likely to shift interest from SL to FL, i still believe the editor would spark renewed interest in SL. When was the last time Paul said something about it btw?

AFAIK. the last time we (Gibby) heard from him was October 2002, and he said something that he would have to go quite for a few months. Gibby had the impression back then that it would be finished before the release of FL :-/

I still very much hope for it's release... because without it, most of the work i've done for the Babylon 5 TC would be in vain

What really puts the creeps in me about the FL forums is that i really WANT to compile the info we have about the ini's into a "guide", but i just can't go in there... to big a croud, so to say.. i'm a very private and rather shy person, and i always kinda have a mental blockade in there...

must agree with you you all on this i would love to see the mission editor up and running , and yes i find the FL forums to pushy too. although i'm a back seat observer i don't have much to say

yep, still got ICQ... I'm more or less on the whole time from noon to midnight (CET)... except when I'm playing..
though tomorrow evening and sunday early afternoon i'm not gonna be at home.
