TNG help

hey guys i run a tng server and every time i try to launch with a mod ship i get disconnected and the server console says that i got kicked for possible cheting

sounds to me like the mod requires the original EXE and DLLs and you have the patched ones which detect certain mod-workarounds as cheats - total conversions such as TNG and Freeworlds require a fresh install of freelancer, and some recommend/require installing the SDK - when all else fails, rtfm

With a mod ship? That ship part of TNG or somethign else? take it that tng is also on your client as well as the server right?

When you buy a ship unmount every piece of equipment/weapon and then try and remount them, the problems being caused by a piece of equipment in the "package" that can't fit on the ship, it's usually something stupid like a HF shield on a LF shield link, the server then sees it as a cheat and kicks you.
