Try the OPen SP by xerxes, that comes with FLMM, it tends to work with other mods better.

Still no Luck!

Rebalance comes with its own OpenSP built in, start FLMM and make sure you've de-activated the mod. With FLMM still open press "Ctrl" +"m" to open the mod folder, open the FlRebalance340 folder and double click the playtype.bat file. This is a MS-dos file that swaps the required files for you, now press "2" for OpenSP , close the folder and FLMM then open up FLMM and activate Rebalance for OPenSP. Michael Dan didn't document the MS-Dos files very well so most people don't know they exist, the "CHOICES" app is the start point for activating all of the .bat files to allow various options.
