I have...
3D Studio Max 8
Paint Shop Pro X
MilkShape 3D 1.7.10
All are full program... aka not trials...

So, this brings me to, I am up for helping anyone with a mod. I can edit ini's, make ships, texture ships, even bring the ship into the game. I can model whatever I am needed to, the more complex however increases time to be finished.

If you need a modeller, texturer, programmer, w/e. Let me know and I'll do what I can to help out!
