Aerotech mod needs coding help
What we have are modellers, a weapons coder, and one more guy doing the system layouts for a Battletech universe total conversion. What we need are more people to help us get this out sometime this year.
The Aerotech mod is intended to be the space extension of the Mechwarrior 4 ground combat leagues already in place, like NBT. We'll have fighters, dropships, and full-on WarShips that are accurate to the Classic Battletech books in every detail. We will NOT have: custom non-Battletech ships, shields, or tradelanes.
No nanobots or shield batteries. If you get hit, it'll hurt, so don't get hit.
Modelling skills we have. We can always use more. Someone with the ability to pull all of the various parts together, insert ships as we build them, and so on...that's just priceless. Help with factions is sorely needed, as there are 50+ to get in there.
This is not a mod for singleplayer, or at least not at first. When a ground commander in one of the Mechwarrior leagues needs to stop an incoming army, THIS will be the way he can save his planets.
