What do you have in mind for a storyline?

There are already a few mods which do this under construction. If you wish to get people to help you, you may be dissapointed. But, however, if you really want to make a mod like this, you could request to join a modding team which is making a mod similar to what you suggested. Also the disadvantage of starting your own mod, is that people are a little distrusting at first. Its nothing you have done, but it happens because there are so many brilliant mod ideas that people start to try and make, but they go right down the drain because it turns out to be too much hard work.

From what you have said in your post, it doesnt look like you have many modding skills, if any at all. You are basically asking for a team of people to make your mod idea for you. This doesnt usually go down well and many people will ignore you. I still think your best bet is to join another moddi9ng group, that is if you have any modding skills. If not then there is not much you can do. So dont hold your breath coz your gonna die before someone answers...
