Does anyone have a clue how to edit txm files....i saw that TNG mod used them..............so I would really need to make them
and also sph files
I need them to edit my own planets....if anyone has some editor or program that decrypts them please say it

You need the UTF editor to edit them.
It helps if you have photoshop with the Nvidia plugin (from the nvidia site) so you can view /edit the .dds files.
