How To

Well, there has been a response to my offer to help. But it is a bit more than just writing & editing. I am refering to .mat files. What exactly are they? What is used to make them or are they a conversion from a diff format? If a diff format, what is it?

Thanks in advance.

.mat files are where the textures for ships etc. are kept and they can be edited by using utf editor

Otah. What is utf editor & where found? Perchance is this one of the tools TLR makes available for DL?
