can i make my own clan?

hi i just signed up and i was wondering if i could make my own clan do i have to sign something or things like that because i would love to make my own clan and use it on Void 2015 which is a wicked server by the way *wink* *wink* so please reply.

well we will make sure new players get of on the start they need give supplies to other players if they have low money to get it back up and also keep the balance in the world sending spys (stealthlings) to get information on current evil activity and also roleplay i will be the master of the clan (leader) well what you think.

i think you need to really re-organise hwta ever organisation you have, i may be unexpeerianced in the ways of freelancer multiplayer, but iv made clans on halo, homeworld 1/2, age of series, all of which are doing fine now.
