Forum Rules
This forum is for the advertising of your FREELANCER clan, discussing your clans and roleplay!!
To advertise your clan, only create ONE thread. This will be your clan thread.
Your main post (remember this is seen on EVERY page of your thread) should contain ALL the relevant information about the clan (if possible), including links to your own forums if you have any etc.
Do not use capitals in subject header!!
Information to inlcude:
Clan Name
Clan Tags
Clan Leaders name & contact info
What is the clan - trader? Pirate? Police? Bounty Hunters? - basically what is your mission statement.
Servers you play on
Your aims and goals etc.
Basically you have to remember that when people see your thread, they will want to find out WHY they should join you. If you have just posted "we play on Freeport 3 and it rocks yay!!" - well, do YOU think that would make you join??
Be informative, let them know what you are and what you do. If ALOT of clans get threads in here, then we may create a special thread containig LINKS to clans threads in it. Ideally for this we would LOVE to know whether your a pirate clan, lawful clan, trader clan, Bounty hunter clan etc - cause then we can categorise clans so people can find what they want faster.
Also - how about if your fighting alot, as i for one would join a clan that offered lots of action too

NOW FOR THE RULES
Clans can generate ALOT of friction - this forum is NOT the place to vent, let off, aggrivate, attack, flame or anything else. So,
1) Do NOT flame anyone - this is a general forum rule for the whole site, but it doens't hurt to remind others
2) Do NOT swear or use profanities aimed at each other.
3) Do NOT advertise YOUR clan in another clans threads
4) Do NOT post adverse material in another clans threads (ie - you suck, you guys are just retarded ......etc etc)
5) Do NOT advertise other games in here, this is for freelancer, and freelancer clans only. IF you play other games, then leave a link to your website where they can find out all about it.
6) Do NOT spam
7) This is NOT a clans politics board. IF you have issues with a clan on a server, then contact the admin to deal with it. We do not want to see evidence and other such grievences brought to here!!
Apart from that, have fun.
