um.... the FLDS map thing doesn't seem to work totally for you mod. Example: how do you get to planet toledo? It doesn't show any jump gate or hole lines with the prog. Do I need a different map prog, or extra files??

I do not mean to flame but it is obvious you havent played far after the SP Storyline. After the storyline Omicron Major and Omicron Minor lock up and you cannot revisit them. The same applies with a MP game.

nevermind... this mod has SP plot jumpholes locked. Other mods and servers have them unlocked (some TNG servers, the oregon role playing server, etc).... thus the question.

All went MUCH better, once i FINALLY found the level 5 green ?fury? guns. I was having a terrible time finding some new guns I could mount. I needed them to get money etc.

Now I have some chain rain gattlings and a wraith, but am lacking sufficient power (already have simitar powerplant).

It would be helpful if the weapons info had the level of mounts required, and damage info in ALL the files. That way datastorm would work right and it wouldn't take 2+ days to finally find some weapons that give enough strenght that you can actually play the mod...

Oh well.

What's the point of playing if you have uber weapons right from the start, Too many players with too many mods are getting used to the fact you can walk right through these mods . This mod has a backbone, where you have to get better weapons or you die no matter what ship you have, I'm sorry but I am sick of people complaining about a mod on how much a weapon has an impact, you have to look at a mod in whole and this mod is fantastic in whole. :-)

I agree that this mod is kickin..ive been playing it for a little over a week and am very impressed with the work done so far..Great damnage to wep power useage btw..best ive seen so far..I had seen Pain say that 2.7 is now out bringing the mod to a 90% completion..I for one cant wait to get my hands on it Play!! Nova Team has done an outstanding job on this one and i look forward to more work from these guys..Thanks to people like you , youve kept freelancer alive and getting better day by day..Thats my nickle worth..Inflation

A quick question if i may, I have noticed a player jump from lvl 1 to 39 in a matter of a few minutes on the mod with no other people in the same system as him/her..So my question is how much attintion is being put on anti cheat code or cheats in general..ide hate to see this one go the way of old victors..

Ok, totally unrelated to my previous posts.

Has anyone else noticed that the scimitar's "equalizer gun" is glitched in some way?
It only fires part of the time..... and you can't fire it manually. Now that might be because it is slaved to the other 4 guns, but it should still fire with the rest. Perhaps the mod team can look into when they do the next update?

Also, it says the equalizer "enhances" the damage of the hellspawns. Anyone care to comment or guess on how much this is by?

yeah ive noticed it, im pretty sure it is the hardpoint trying to keep the gun firing in a certain firing arc

it worked fine for me when i went to fire it manully, but it did glitch some when i didnt manully fire it.

2.7 is coming along great, Pain is looking for Testers and him, me and bobways will be looking at setting up a 24/7 server for the testers. it will under go testing while the ships are being finished. Coding is done my end on 2.7 but we must wait for the ships (trust me, there worth the wait... and SOOOO near to being finished).

Just like to say I love the mod but it is getting very frustrating, I have played it for about a week and have managed to find most of the new systems from the Century system but as yet have had no luck in locating Dundraggen Nehida Amdor
Kandor, can someone please point me in the right direction to find these systems.
I read somewhere that there was an invasion of a britonian system called Dundraggen, but I have searched every Britonian system in complete detail and have found nothing so someone please tell me where to look as its pissing me off.
