Post here your comments, sugestions, impresions and any bugs you find in RB 3.50.
MD - great work ... been playing 3.40 on private LAN server for a while. Just got 3.50 up and running.
One initial suggestion - move Earth Station away from Earth .... you run straight into the planet atmosphere on launch.
Have some other suggestions about warp speed & balance ... but will post when I have played the mod more.

Hi to you all, it's good to be back, thanks...
polyfiller...hmm I never ran into Earth atmosphere when launching from Eart City Station....perhaps you are using a really big capital ship? waiting for your further impressions anyway...
oldbone: double click the flrebalance350full.zip.flmod file in your file browser and FLMM will unpack it automatically, then the mod(Flrebalance v.350) will appear into FLMM's mods list, and u'll be able to activate it
Ipfso files will have to be released since the old ones won;t work well, there are too ,any new things. Can't promise that's gonna be too soon though...got a really busy work agenda these next several days...:/. Perhaps if someone else has the time to do it sooner....i won't say no, on the contrary...i'll be quite grateful...

MD here's a heads up for you and everybody else.
DO NOT USE THE VARIABLE CRUISE OPTION
Alcanders hacks do not work on every PC, they cause the freelancer.exe to freeze on exiting the game. You either get left stuck on the exit screen or you get back to your desktop and after a minute or two you get an error log message when the exe finally crashes.

It's true indeed, but ONLY if the different cruise speeds are activated. I was able to spearate it's other hacked files from this one(which is into the common.dll file) and a warning is displayed in the activation menu of the mod and in the readme for the different cruise speeds setting. It's off by default anyway...and I recommend indeed not to be used with MP servers nor client. thnx anyway for the head-sup Bejav... ;0
LE: Now I saw that you were saying not to use that v.cruise option...that's corect, it's causing a CTD , but AFTER your exiting FL or the FL server...
Anyway the damage is done by the modified common.dll file, I hope Alcander may be able to fix that some day....

Thats it i give up on this mod...Too many bugs..
1. CTD all the time...[i HAVE INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY, AND HAVE THE COMPLETE FILE..} I am playing open sp...
2. Commodities DONT show prices when trading from old FL systems to New systems..eg I go to a new system and check out prices...Then go to ..eg.. Manhatten and prices from new system dont show up..How can I remember prices from every system...
3. Colorado..Planet Montrose,,Check out SF base on the planet and try to but the Vorlon planet killer...Level 327...i HOPE IT GOES UP TO THAT LEVEL...
4 ..I dont know if this is meant to happen but when i go to carolina...and try to use the trade lanes.. I blow up every time..even tried god mode and i still blow up..That cant be right...

took the words right out of my mouth, however i tried the trade lans and the only cap ship i tried is the order one in the corsars home system. and the raven claw, the only reason why i feel in love with this mod in the frist place isnt even in it.
other then that i love the added ships, even if the skins are white and the camra distances are mis aligned.

after a lot of ctd's i've found it does not crash as much if i install like so, use flmm1.4 beta 3 install EOA, quickfix 1.0, then sdk1.5 then rb3.5. (use flmm to install/open.. or another way right click on the rd winrar file scroll down to flmm 1.4 beta 3 leftclick or double leftclick and this should open and install the mod into your flmm.) one more thing if u read what it tells u in the install files on the mod it will tell u after u install rb 3.5 to install rb3.30 DON'T!!! u will spend a lot of your time with CTD's if u do.i hope this helps some people out there. if others have found a more simple way of getting this mod to work tell me. i've got it working for about 2hrs without a crash (that must be a record lol..lol.)
Can somebody plz clear up the install instructions of this, I installed the FL newly on this new comp, I installed SDK 1.3 rite after that, then I installed FLM 1.3, but how do I install the damn mod, its a zip file, and am not sure of how or even where to extract it to exactly, can anyone plz help?
Hi SinisaD, First thing to do is check that windows shows file extension.Go to my computer or any folder for that matter then click the tools tab at the top of explorer, then click view and scroll down until you see a setting "Hide extentions for known file types" and uncheck it .Then all you have to do is right click on mod file click rename, and then just delete the extra .zip off the end. So it will be .zip.flmod instead of .zip.flmod.zip Hope that helps
