There seems to be two camps of opinion, those with fast download and those without, perhaps the answer would be to simply copy the files onto CD and post these full mods with their patches attached for a cost. You could even make a small business out of it, or do it as a club and thus avoid tax and other problems.

I'm sorry but i really don't think you should downgrade TNG itself on behalf of the modem users... they're the ones who should upgrade, or live with downloading 50mb and over if they wanna play this great mod.
Maybe a separate download (split up in 50 pieces or so) for this kind of users is a good idea.

well im on a DSl line now,but was on a 56k before the1.5 versions started comin out and i gotta say i wasnt complaining about waiting to download the 30 or 50mb versions coz i knew the ppl who made these mods spent alot more friggin time preparing it for us to use.
