Im not happy

...because I am having trouble downloading the new re-balance mod. I have DSL, so my download speed is like 80-90 kb/sec... at the beginning. Its starts and than quickly falls to about 30-35 kb/sec... and than stops. I know this is a popular download, over 2000 in a couple days, but that doesn't explain it does it? I have tried several times on a couple different days to download this and the same thing keeps happening. Does anybody know why???

Ok, thanks to Steele's site I got it downloaded... at 140 kb/sec no less! For anybody else with this problem, go here. gl!

Bob ...hate to show my ignorance, but what is the re balance mod and is it any good?

Don't tell the guys at Starfyre but it is the best mod ive ever played. A whole new game where you really have to work for your money. perfect 10 etc...
