TNG - installation?

How do you install TNG? It put itself in a directory.. can't figure out how to get it to work. Went to web site, still no joy.. I have flmm 1.2.

Thanks

I guess you just double clicked on the mod, and it unzipped itself to FLMM\Mods right??

If not, tell me what you did

I redid the whole thing and now it works.. or it was. Came to a place in the story (saving willard) where all the enemy ships are destroyed and now everthing just stops. I'm going to try the patch.. maybe that will do it.

Don't know what I did at first or what I did not do.. second time around, smooth as silk. May be my 'duh' factor was high that day. Thanks for the reply.

Patch did not help... after all rhineland ships are destroyed, everything stops.. ships just hang in space .. ice cubes float around.. can't communicate with anyone or anything.

Any suggestions?

You'll probably have to start FL from the beginning (if single player campaign) for the mod to work right. I installed this mod fresh by (like it said to do) unistall and DELETE the FL folder, re-install, then activate mod in mod manager. 100% stable is this mod I can't tell you how happy I am finally able to play a modded FL without crashing. I liked a lot of the things in other mods and wish there was more system mods in TNG but the no crashing is a breath of fresh air. Good job to the modders on this one. BTW, I started this mod and activated the open SP add-on and was concerned before I began playing that it would take too long to acquire enough in a fast enough time to really enjoy it. Little did I know that the loot in this mod can be very profitable. I highly recommend it. Although seeing Trent in a suit (trader costume mod) was a little ackward.
