Cant Fly Custom Ships!

I have the FLMM and some mods with custom ships, it doesnt matter which mod i have on or which ship i choose, the game will close to the taskbar whenever i try to launch to space. Then i have to use task manager to close the game or just wait for it to say there's a problem and click close. Please someone, help me!

AMD Athlon 2400+ 2ghz
ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder 7500
512 RAM

Have you tried cleaning out all your old saved games? I have to do this sometimes and it seems to clear up the problem.
