Can''t do 32-bit color!
Okay, I installed FL for the first time in a while... I was playing it on my friend's computer, and it worked fine... I used 1280x960x32 w/ 6x FSAA and it worked perfectly. He's got an AthlonXP 2700+, 512mb PC2700 DDR RAM, Radeon 9600 256mb (using Catalyst 4.2 drivers).
I have: AthlonXP 1600+, 512mb PC2700 DDR RAM, Radeon 8500LE 128mb (using Catalyst 4.2 drivers). It always worked before, so I am guessing this has to do w/ the videocard/drivers.
It can do any resolution w/ 16-bit, but it refuses to do any resolution with 32-bit, even 800x600.
Anyone else have this problem, and/or know another way to fix it besides using different drivers?
*edit* Okay, as future reference to anyone who might have this problem in the future that is using a Radeon, if you are using a tweaker program (Rage3D, Radlinker, etc.), put all of the extra features that the tweaker program makes available on default settings, and it'll work fine. I learned this the hard way.
