Have you killed the ships at willard? If so then its up to you to get the cash needed for the next level-up.

A quick way of determining if this is the case is to look at your stats, on there it tells you what is needed for the next level-up... Mission means that you need to complete a campaign mission, a cash value means you need to increase your worth to that level.

yes i have this same problem, the valkyrie are suppose to turn hostile, you need to destroy them to proceed, but as their still neutral you can't shoot them. I'm looking for a patch for this, there has to be one somewhere. Have you tried ramming them till they explode? sounds silly but thats what i've been trying to do.

Ramming the ships will work... but the actual problem is the sound codac you are using. You might of noticed the voices in the game cutting out from time to time. but some people don't notice that. the solution is to follow the steps in the thread on the top of this forum titled "easier fix for sound problems". Fix the sound and the mission will work right.
