equipment disappears after launch

I'm modding the Armored Transport. The CMP has been changed to allow the mounting of a thruster, shield, mine, CM, and CD/Torp. When I'm on the base the hardpoints are available, I can buy and mount the equipment. After launching though the hardpoints and the equipment are gone. When I dock on another base the equipment shows as being there and being mounted.

What should I be looking for?

I had the same problem. I can´t tell you how to solve it. but when you buy the ship again you have the equipment.

Sounds like a CRC conflict, when you launch FL loads all of the system & NPC models, textures etc. before it loads the players. If it finds that the players ship CRC's match ones already loaded for an NPC it gives the player the NPC's ship and settings. This normally happens because the CMP was copied rather than a clone being made, use the Model Cloner to change the internal mesh names (CRC) to stop this from happening.

Well, in my case I have just copied the or_elite.cmp to make my Anubis MkII

It may very well be the reason, if you've got anubis flying around the system.

If not, check whether it's got it being loaded in the systems.ini file for that system, it'll be near the top
