Ioncross question

I've just changed the version number for the mod that i'm working on and when i use Ioncross to run a server it dosen't seem to work the same. None of the options work and the status message says that it is checking the server.
Other than that everything else seems to work ok. Has anybody else found this? You can change the version number and use Ioncross can't you?
Running Ioncross 5.1 and have a version number of 0.01.. Both the freelancer exe and flserver are both the same version number.

yeah, usually in the configuration tab, but if you can't actually change it by hand, do it in the ini files for ioncross.

Thanks, thats got it sorted now.
As, a kinda related post, when changing the version number how do you get it to show the 2nd decimal place? I tried using PE explorer, but it kept making the file unusable. So, i've used Reshack and it only shows 0.0 of a 0.01 version number. This is probably quite straight forward and i've just made a mess of it, right?
