UTF Edit Problems
Hi, recently I've been trying to fix a problem of my npc's switching meshes. So I go into UTFEdit to change the file names so that they don't conflict. (i.e. I had 3 ships that all used saucer_top.3db, and saucer_top.lod0.vms) Anyway, I changed just the .vms name in the VMeshData, but that didn't change anything, so I changed the filename in Root and the tree name to match it,
So I had:
Root
-----Blah
-----Blah
-----File name <--this I changed to match the new .vms tree name
saucer_top.3db <--this I changed to match too
Unfortunately, when I tested it, the ships mesh didn't even appear, and when I selected one of them, CTD.
If anyone can help or point out something stupid I've done (this is my first time using UTF Edit) it would be most appreciated
