Try this,it's the way I know:
In CHUGOKU at E5 or FRANKFURT jump to SIGMA-13
In SIGMA-13 at F5 jump to SIGMA-17
In SIGMA-17 at F5 jump to OMNICROM THETA
In OMNICROM THETA jump to the AMARUS CLOUD aka OMNICROM ALPHA,in the north of PLANET VESPUS at F4/G3

ivve heard about a wormhole between sigma 19 and Omnicon Beta. From there it´s possible to reach Alpha.
